As a Volvo employee you can always drive a Volvo to your advantage. Nearly all employees can have some form of company car. The details may be different depending on which Volvo company you belong to, so always check with your manager or HR what you are entitled to.

FAQ on company cars

  • Does your new car have Volvo On Call?
    • If that is the case then you will receive a PIN code via SMS and/or email, 1-5 days before your delivery.
    • We request you download the Volvo OnCall app before delivery and come to Tuve (VBT) with your PIN.
    • Volvo OnCall Support can be found on the Volvo Cars website.
  • How does minvolvo.se work with your new car?
    • We normally ensure that your car is registered in My Volvo, but please check a few days before delivery.
    • Choose a Personal Service Technician for your new car before you collect it. So that you can book the car in the moment the service light comes on.

  • What happens in event of reallocation of company car?
    • You choose your new car.
    • Order using the correct form.
    • The car is ordered.
    • The order acknowledgment from CIS including spec and final order number is sent by us via email.
    • Your Volvo ID is registered on My Volvo if you do not already have one.
    • Your new car is registered at minvolvo.se (Please look!).
    • You choose a Personal Service Technician for your new car in My Volvo.
    • The contact center will send an email confirming delivery. 1-3 weeks before delivery.
    • You should have received your Volvo On Call PIN code.
    • You collect your new car at VBT (Volvo Bil Tuve) Förmånsbilar Test & Leverans, north of the main entrance.
  • On change of company car
    • You will receive an email from us that it is time to change.
    • You choose your new car.
    • Order using the correct form.
    • The car is ordered.
    • The order acknowledgment from CIS including spec and final order number is sent by us via email.
    • Your Volvo ID is registered on My Volvo if you do not already have one.
    • Your new car is registered at minvolvo.se (Please look!).
    • You choose a Personal Service Technician for your new car in My Volvo.
    • The contact center will send an email confirming delivery. 1-3 weeks before delivery.
    • You should have received your Volvo On Call PIN code.
    • Wash, vacuum and fill the fuel tank of your current car.
    • Drop off the car in the test hall.
    • Collect your new car.
    • Sign the test protocol.
  • On return of car
    • Contact the Contact Center (031-380 80 00) for return and booking of return time.
    • Collect your wheels if you have them stored at VBT (Tuve).
    • Wash, vacuum and fill the fuel tank of your current car.
    • Drop off the car in the test hall.
  • Parking fines

    All parking penalty fines are to be paid by you. If you think the fine is incorrect then you should pay the fine and then make an appeal with the issuer. In order to contest a parking penalty fine call: 031-380 82 18.
